Our first feature recipe is a surprisingly easy dish to cook. If you’ve never cooked with duck before, you can get duck breast at any of the poultry butchers at the Markets of Melbourne. The sauce is quite tangy, which is why we recommend pairing this with something like mashed potatoes that can soak it all up.
